Welcome to Lacman Family Winery, a unique winery on Hvar specialising in natural wines – made without chemicals, filtration, or artificial additives. We focus on long maceration (7-8 months), producing wines that truly reflect the island’s essence.

Our family-run winery uses only local resources and sustainable practices, ensuring high-quality, small-batch production.

Located in a secluded part of Hvar, our winery is a family project initiated during the pandemic, combining passion for wine and blues music. The result is a collection of wines that embody simplicity, elegance, and authenticity.

ESENCA

Dry red wine from 100% Plavac Mali grape variety. Its essence is made from 16 days of macerating the pure juice which comes out from the grapes naturally …

POPOLA

Popola means half-and-half. This orange wine is exactly that: half Maraština, half Bogdanuša. These grape varieties have been cultivated on the island of Hvar for centuries if not millennia.

TEŽOK

Težok is a macerated, dry white wine made from 100% Pošip grape variety, the most important Dalmatian white grape variety. The wine has been macerated for seven days on the skin.

PREDOBRO

Dry red wine from 100% Plavac Mali grape variety. Notes of sour cherry, violet, and garigue. This is an intense, rich, and structured wine, with a long finish and retro-nasal aromas of plums and cherry.
