Our winery is located in the picturesque village of Selca, nestled in the hills.
Offering breathtaking views of the sea, the bay of Stari Grad, surrounding hills of former vineyards, lavender fields, and stone piles built by people for centuries.
Selca is just 15.9 km from the town of Hvar, 5.4 km from Stari Grad, and 13.3 km from Jelsa. We recommend taking the old road through Brusje and Velo Grablje, known as the “Lavender Road,” which provides a unique experience combined with nature.

Vineyards
Lacman Family Winery does not have its own vineyards – at the moment – and instead sources grapes from local suppliers and friends from childhood. The vineyards from which we procure our grapes are located in four micro-locations:
First Location – AGER: A UNESCO-protected area between Stari Grad, the villages of Dol, Vrboske, Vrbanja, Jelsa, and Svirče, where the grapes for white and macerated wines, as well as a small amount of red grapes for rosé, such as Drnekuša and Plavac Mali, are sourced.
Second Location: The renowned southern side of the island of Hvar, known for producing premium red wines.
Third Location: The fields around the town of Hvar, specifically the Njivice area, from where we source the Maraština grape.
Fourth Location – Moča Plateau: Located at 500 meters above sea level, this plateau yields white grapes such as Bogdanuša and Plavac Mali for rosé.
